Welcome to the Lexington County
Farm-City Programs Website!
Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Lexington County Farm-City Programs is to strengthen
understanding of farm-city connections that provide food, fiber, and shelter.
The programs of Farm-City tell the story of agriculture and industry to the
public, as well as promoting active communications in telling the story of
rural-urban interdependence in the food and fiber system. Farm-City develops
programs that bring rural and urban people together and foster a greater
understanding between rural and urban communities.
